By purchasing any virtual product or service from MineTrade (the “Server”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
1. Nature of Products
All products offered by the Server are entirely virtual and hold no monetary, tangible, or real-world value. Purchases do not entitle you to ownership of any physical goods.
2. Finality of Purchases
All purchases made through the Server are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, in-game activity, or account status.
2.1 Transfer & Resale Restrictions
Purchased products are non-transferable and may not be resold, traded, or given to another player or account unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Server’s management.
2.2 Account Ownership & Purchase Authorization
Players may only make purchases for their own Minecraft account unless they have written permission from another account holder to make a purchase on their behalf.
Making unauthorized purchases on another user’s account will result in account restrictions, removal of purchased products, and/or other punishments at the Server’s discretion.
3. Account Bans or Punishments
If your account is banned, muted, or otherwise restricted due to a breach of our rules, you will lose access to any purchased products without refund or compensation.
4. Age Requirement & Parental Consent
If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before making any purchase. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have obtained such consent.
The Server’s management reserves the right to request proof of age and/or proof of parental or guardian consent at any time if there are concerns about compliance with this term. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in account restrictions or termination without refund.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strictly forbid any form of chargeback or payment dispute. Attempting a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the Server and all related services.

6. Pricing & Product Changes
The Server reserves the right to:
Modify the price or value of any product at any time.
Remove, alter, or replace any feature or benefit of a purchased product without providing a refund or compensation.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Server, its owners, and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, the inability to access our services, or the loss of any virtual products.
By using the Server and making purchases, you agree that your sole remedy for any dispute is to stop using the Server and its services.
If the Server closes at any time, whether with or without notice, all purchases will be considered void, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
